Error 500 is the server’s way of telling you something’s wrong but the server is not allowed to say what the actual problem is.
To see more details about the error, turn on the error display in the following way:
- Open Internet options
- Select the Advance Options tab
- Scroll down to the Browsing section
- Uncheck the box that says “Show friendly HTML error messages”
After the above setting is modified, retry the same change in Incident Analyst. The error message that you now see displayed will help CCD better resolve the issue.
