Add a Driver’s License Record
Add a Driver's License Record New Driver's License records are added in the People Sub Module within the individuals Personnel Record under the DL tab.

Edit a Drivers License Record
- From the Main Menu, click People
- Click on Driver's License
- Double-click the appropriate record, or select it and click ‘Edit’.
- The ‘Driver’s License’ window will appear. Make the necessary changes.
- To implement the color-coding feature on the browse screen to distinguish between current, upcoming and expired licensing, fill in the ‘Date Issued’ and ‘Renewal Date’ fields on the ‘Driver’s License’ record window as appropriate.
- Click ‘Save’ when complete.
* Changes made will appear both in this sub-module and on the ‘DL’ tab of the employee’s personnel record in the People > People sub-module.

Printing a Driver’s License Record
Print an Individual Driver's License Record
- Open the appropriate Driver's License record.
- Click the ‘Printer’ icon on the bottom of the ‘Driver's License' record window.
- A print preview screen will appear. Double-check the information.
- Click the ‘Print’ icon on the ‘Print Options’ toolbar.
- If the ‘Print Options’ toolbar is not visible on the print preview screen, right-click on the report to view the print options menu.
- Choose a filter, if applicable.
- Click the ‘Printer’ icon on top of the ‘Driver's License’ browse screen.
- A print preview window will appear. Double-check the information.
- Click the ‘Print’ icon on the ‘Print Options’ toolbar.
- If the ‘Print Options’ toolbar is not visible on the print preview screen, right-click on the report to view the print options menu.
