Add / Edit a PPE Issued Record
- From the Main Menu, click People
- Click on People again
- Double click on the specific Personnel Record.
- Click on the PPE tab
- Click the drop-down arrow to select a PPE type from the list then move through the fields to input other information.
- To edit a record on this tab, put the cursor in the appropriate column and modify the information as necessary.

Add / Edit an Absenteeism Record
- Click ‘Add’ on the ‘Absent' tab of the Personnel Record.
- The ‘Absenteeism' record window will appear. Input the appropriate information.
- Click ‘Save’ when complete.
- Any new records will be saved both on this tab and to the ‘Absenteeism’ sub-module.
- Click on the Absent tab
- Double-click to open an existing Absent record.
- The ‘Absenteeism’ record window will appear. Make the appropriate changes.
- Click ‘Save’ when complete.
- Any changes will appear both on this tab and on the related record in the Absenteeism sub-module.

Add / Edit Driver’s License Information
- From the Main Menu, click People
- Click on People again
- Double click on the specific Personnel Record.
- Click on the Drivers license (DL) tab
- Click ‘Add’ underneath the driving infraction window on the ‘DL’ tab.
- Enter in the appropriate information.
- Click ‘Save’ when complete.

Add a Medical Test Record
- From the Main Menu, click People
- Click People again
- Double click on the specific Personnel Record
- Click on the Medical tab
- Click ‘Add’ on the ‘Medical’ tab.
- The ‘Medical Test’ record window will appear. Enter the relevant information.
- Click ‘Save’ when complete.
* The new record will appear both on this tab and on the related record in the People > Medical Tests sub-module.

Add or Edit a Discipline Record
- From the Main Menu, click People
- Click on People again
- Double Click on the specific Personnel Record.
- Click on the Discipline tab
- Click ‘Add’ to create a new record, or double-click to open and edit an existing record.
- The ‘Disciplinary Action’ data window will appear. Enter the appropriate information.
- Click ‘Save’ when complete.

Edit a Damage Incident Record
- From the Main Menu, click People
- Click on People again
- Double click on the specific Personnel Record
- Click on the Damage tab
- Double-click to open the appropriate record.
- The ‘Property/ Environmental Damage’ record will appear. Edit the information as required.
- Click ‘Save’ when complete.
* Any changes will appear both on this tab and on the related record in the Incidents > Damage Incident sub-module.

Edit a Medical Test Record
- From the Main Menu, click People
- Click People again
- Double click on the specific Personnel Record
- Click on the Medical tab
- Click ‘Edit’ on the ‘Medical’ tab.
- The ‘Medical Test’ record window will appear. Make the necessary changes.
- Click ‘Save’ when complete.
* The altered record will appear both on this tab and on the related record in the People > Medical Tests sub-module.

Edit an Injury Record
- From the Main Menu, click People
- Click People again
- Double click on the specific Personnel Record.
- Click on the Injuries tab
- Double-click the record to be edited.
- The related ‘Injury Record’ will open. Edit the information as necessary.
- Click ‘Save’ when complete.
* Changes will be reflected both on this tab and on the related record in the ‘Injuries’ sub-module.

Inactivate or Re-Activate an Employee
- From the Main Menu, click People
- Click on People again
- Open the appropriate personnel record.
- Click the ‘Privacy’ tab.
- On the bottom of the window, make sure that the employee’s ‘Date Hired’ field is populated (MM/dd/yyyy) then follow through the other fields inputting the appropriate information as appropriate.
- Click Save
* Once the ‘Layoff Date’ or ‘Terminated Date’ field is populated (MM/dd/yyyy), the employee will be deemed ‘Inactive’.
* The ‘Hired’ and ‘Inactive’ dates will appear in the corresponding fields on the ‘Main’ tab.
* The employee can be made active again, by entering a new ‘Date Hired’ via the ‘Privacy’ tab, under the previous ‘Date Hired’.

View an Employee’s Course Assignment
- Double click on the specific Personnel Record.
- Click on the Training tab
- Click on 'View Course Assignment' to see how the employee is connected to courses by People Type, Site, Individual and by Job Title.
- Scroll up and down in each field to see the complete listing.
- Click 'OK' when done.
