Add an Absenteeism Record
- From the Main Menu, click People
- Click on Abseenteeism
- Click ‘Add’ on bottom of the ‘Absenteeism/Vacation Time’ browse screen.
- The ‘Absenteeism’ record window will appear. Enter the appropriate information.
- Click ‘Save’ when complete.
* The record will appear both in this sub-module and on the ‘Absent’ tab of the individual’s personnel record.

Edit an Absenteeism Record
- To edit the record, double click on the specific record in the list.
- The 'Absenteeism' record window will appear. Make the appropriate changes.
- Click 'Save' when complete.
* The record will appear both in this sub-module and on the ‘Absent’ tab of the individual’s personnel record.

Printing an Absenteeism Record
Print an Individual Absenteeism Record
- Open the appropriate Absenteeism record.
- Click the ‘Printer’ icon on the bottom of the ‘Absenteeism' record window.
- A print preview screen will appear. Double-check the information.
- Click the ‘Print’ icon on the ‘Print Options’ toolbar.
- If the ‘Print Options’ toolbar is not visible on the print preview screen, right-click on the report to view the print options menu.
- Choose a filter, if applicable.
- Click the ‘Printer’ icon on top of the ‘Absenteeism’ browse screen.
- A print preview window will appear. Double-check the information.
- Click the ‘Print’ icon on the ‘Print Options’ toolbar.
- If the ‘Print Options’ toolbar is not visible on the print preview screen, right-click on the report to view the print options menu.
