View a Simple (Predefined) Graph

The ‘Simple Graphs’ sub-module opens to the pre-defined ‘Graphs’ window.
Choose a data type to graph from the ‘Graph Data’ drop-down list.
Select the appropriate ‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date’.
The specified graph will appear on the screen.
To close the graph, press the ‘OK’ button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

To save a copy of a graph to your computer for later use:

Click the ‘Export Graph to a JPEG File’ button on the bottom of the ‘Graphs’ screen.
The ‘Save As’ dialog box will appear. Type in a title for the document and select the appropriate location for the document to be saved to.
Click ‘Save’ when complete.

The graph editor feature allows for customization of the graph, including the legends, titles, colors and more. Redefine the parameters as required. To open the graph editor, click the ‘Editor’ button on the ‘Graphs’ view screen.
